JanuMUNICH, GERMANY – HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA – MARINA DEL RAY, CA – Deep Silver, Reloaded Games and The Workshop Entertainment today jointly announce they are hard at work transforming the hit PC Free2Play® Action MMO "All Points Bulletin: Reloaded™" into a game destined for the new generation consoles.Ĭurrently in development by industry-veteran led studio The Workshop Entertainment in Marina Del Ray, CA, with support from Reloaded Games' teams in Edinburgh and Huntington Beach, and published by Deep Silver, APB Reloaded's console edition is expected to launch in late Q2 2015. According to Deep Silver, since its rebirth in 2011, the PC version of APB: Reloaded has been downloaded more than five million times.

Eventually the property was purchased and relaunched with a new developer (Reloaded Games) and new title.

Only a few months after APB: All Points Bulletin launched, Realtime Worlds went into administration (think of it as the European equivalent of bankruptcy) and the game's servers were shut down.

The game will be free-to-play on both consoles, and while APB: Reloaded will be available for download to all PlayStation 4 owners, only those Xbox One owners with valid Xbox Live Gold subscriptions will be able to join the massively multiplayer game's perpetual crime spree.įor those who don't keep tabs on mid-tier MMOs, APB: Reloaded began life in 2010 as APB: All Points Bulletin, a sort of mashup of World of Warcraft and Grand Theft Auto 3, under developer Realtime Worlds. They only last like 2 secs tops, but coming off of playing my PS5 recently it was a bit jarring to go back to a game with so many load screens.Free-to-play PC MMO All Points Bulletin: Reloaded is coming to consoles, thanks to a collaboration between publisher Deep Silver and developers Reloaded Games and The Workshop Entertainment.īarring catastrophe, APB: Reloaded is planned to launch on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in the second quarter of 2015. Though maybe I should've just played on PC because the 360 version has an insane amount of load times. I don't think this is necessarily a bad thing but I did wish there was a bit more variation in how you could solve some puzzles.īut yeah overall I liked it a lot. However, and maybe this is because I'm a noob, I felt like each room pretty much had a single solution. The second is: back in the day I would often see people post a lot of crazy speed running videos from this series, so before playing it, I got the impression that this would be were every puzzle had multiple solutions.
#PORTAL RELOADED XBOX SERIES#
I was honestly just expecting a series of puzzle rooms one after another, which technically yes the game is, but I wasn't expecting so much story content either. The first was actually how story heavy it was. Some really good puzzles here and outside of probably like 5, None of them were annoyingly difficult. I got a Series S recently so through B/C I was finally able to play the 2nd. I've always wanted to play the Portal games, but they were never on any consoles I owned.
